The Action Centre answers one question: what needs me right now? It gathers everything outstanding across your deals, tasks and follow-up sequences into a single ranked list, so you don't have to check five pages to find out what's slipping.

Items clear themselves

Nothing in the Action Centre is stored. Every time you open it, the list is rebuilt from the current state of your records — so an item disappears the moment the underlying situation is resolved. Complete the task, log activity on the quiet deal, reply to the prospect, and it's gone. There is no separate list to tidy up and nothing to mark as done twice.

What shows up here

Six things can put an item in your Action Centre:

1
Task overdue — a task assigned to you is past its due date.
2
Task due — a task is due today or within your notification advance window.
3
Deal overdue — an open deal is past its expected close date.
4
Deal closing — an open deal is closing today or soon.
5
No activity — an open deal has had no activity for longer than your threshold.
6
Reply waiting — a prospect replied to a follow-up sequence and nobody has answered yet.

How the list is ordered

Items are grouped by urgency, most pressing first: Overdue, then Due today, then Coming up, then Needs attention for deals that have simply gone quiet. Within the overdue group, the worst offenders sort to the top; within the upcoming groups, the soonest come first.

Working an item

Click any row to open the record it refers to — the task, the deal, or the person who replied. Rows also carry quick actions so you can clear the common cases without leaving the page.

1
Complete (tasks) — marks the task done and drops it from the list.
2
Snooze — hides the item until tomorrow, next week, next month, or a date you choose.
3
Already replied (follow-up replies) — clears a reply you answered from your own mail client.
Snoozing here writes the same record as snoozing from the notification bell, so one snooze silences both. You can review and undo everything you've snoozed from Profile → Notifications.
What counts as \"due soon\" or \"gone quiet\" comes from your own notification preferences, so tuning those in Profile → Notifications changes the Action Centre too. The alerts you receive and the list you work from always agree.

Managers can widen the view

Managers and admins get Me / My Team / Whole Company buttons at the top. Team and company views add an owner name to each row so you can see whose plate an item is on. Sales reps always see their own queue.

The notification bell tells you something happened — a deal changed, a task was assigned, a reply arrived. It's a record of events, and entries stay until you read them. The Action Centre tells you something is true and needs you, and its count reflects work still outstanding rather than news you haven't read. The sidebar badge counts open items.
