Pipeline Stages
Define the stages deals progress through in your sales pipeline
Pipeline Stages define the steps a deal moves through from initial qualification to close. Customize your stages to match your sales process so your pipeline view and forecasting reflect how your team actually works.
Default Stages
RevOrbit comes with a standard set of pipeline stages:
Add Custom Stages
Create additional stages to match your sales workflow. Stage edits open a proper modal with a color picker (no browser prompt dialogs).
Reorder Stages
Arrange stages in the order deals typically progress through your pipeline. The display order determines how stages appear on the pipeline view and deal forms.
Win Probability
Each stage has a default win probability percentage (0–100%) representing the likelihood of closing a deal at that stage. New deals entering a stage inherit its default probability; you can override the value per deal on the deal modal. Probability auto-snaps to 100% on Won and 0% on Lost. The probability feeds the weighted value shown in each pipeline column header (Wtd: $X) alongside the raw total, plus the dashboard's pipeline forecasting.
Closing Stages
Mark stages as Won or Lost to designate them as closing stages. When a deal moves to a closing stage, it is treated as closed and no longer appears in active pipeline views.
