Dropdowns
Configure dropdown options used throughout RevOrbit
Dropdowns (also called config options) control the choices available in dropdown menus across RevOrbit. Customize these to match your organization's terminology, industries, and workflows.
Dropdown Categories
RevOrbit includes several built-in dropdown categories:

Lead Source -- Where leads originate (e.g., Website, Referral, Trade Show)

Industry -- Industry classifications for companies and leads

Company Size -- Size ranges for companies (e.g., 1-10, 11-50, 51-200)

Deal Type -- Types of deals in your pipeline (e.g., New Business, Renewal, Upsell)

Additional custom categories can be added as needed
Add and Edit Options
Customize the options within each dropdown category.

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar, then select the Dropdowns section

Select a dropdown category from the list

Click Add Option to create a new entry

Enter the option label and click Save

To edit an existing option, click on it and modify the label
Reorder Options
Control the display order of dropdown options using drag-and-drop.

Drag an option by its grip handle (⠿) to set your preferred order, or focus the handle and press Alt + Arrow Up/Down

The new order is saved automatically
Delete Options
Remove options that are no longer relevant from a dropdown category.

Select the dropdown category

Click the Delete button next to the option you want to remove

Confirm the deletion when prompted
Built-in categories (Lead Source, Industry, Company Size, Deal Type) cannot be deleted, but their individual options can be freely customized, added, reordered, or removed.
Keep your dropdown options concise and consistent. Removing unused options reduces clutter and helps your team select the right value quickly.
